Ross Mallor, President
Ross is well-known in the New York legal community for his dedication to his clients. He started as a private investigator in 2002 at PM Investigations, working for his father, and expanded with new clients and new services. Today, he oversees all of PM’s operations, but is never too busy to be reached directly by his clients to solve problems and investigate cases. Ross finished Magna Cum Laude from American University.
Phil Mallor, Chief Investigative Officer
The founder of PM Investigations in 1981, Phil is an elder statesman of our industry. He is still personally involved in all of PM’s investigations, ensuring the attention to detail that each investigation requires. Phil Mallor is the “PM” of PM Legal.
Brett Golub, Process Service Expert
Brett Golub began his education in process service working for his father at Aetna Judicial Service. Brett has over 10 years of litigation support experience, is intimately familiar with the rules of serving process, and is a licensed process server and a member of the New York State Professional Process Servers Association.
Harry Schulberg, Chief Managing Clerk
Harry Schulberg is a walking encyclopedia of court rules and procedures. Harry served as the managing clerk at two major New York law firms prior to joining us as our resident court services guru. Harry is a graduate of Queens College.
Jerry Krivitzky, General Counsel
Jerry joined PM’s affiliate, Skinder-Strauss, in 1986 and served as Chairman and CEO through 2010. He is currently the company’s General Counsel and sits on the board of directors. Jerry graduated from Brandeis University with a BA in mathematics and philosophy, and received his JD from Syracuse University. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and various federal courts.
Diana Revzin, Chief Compliance Officer
Diana Revzin has served as chief compliance officer since 2015. Diana is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of New York. She has over 10 years’ experience working in the compliance field and as an attorney in private practice. Diana is a graduate of Pace University and Hofstra University Law School.

Stephen Stoma, Senior VP of Operations
Steve Stoma joined us in 2015 as senior vice president of operations. Steve came on board with over 16 years of operational experience including eight years of lean manufacturing experience in Kaizen and value stream mapping and is a proven leader in working with teams and workflow. Steve has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the New York Institute of Technology.
David Lockwood, General Manager
David Lockwood joined in 2000 as the head of operations for court services. David has extensive litigation support experience. David is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers. Prior to PM Legal, David spent 20 years with the New York City Human Resources Administration and New York City Department of Homeless Services as a special assistant in the deputy commissioner’s office overseeing the night operations division.
